Guided meditation with Reiki in the immersive dome
In this session Jem from RebalanceU takes you on a guided meditation and uses three holistic skills to enhance the journey into a higher level. A combination of guided meditation, Reiki and sound bowls means this is an experience heightened to ensure your journey is fully immersive.
You can expect to feel relaxed to be gifted with Reiki energy and to leave the session feeling more aligned and ready for the week ahead.
Jem has been working in the world of wellbeing for 30 years and is a trained Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Wellbeing Specialist.
Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
