Business Plan development
What we did
We first began work with Trowbridge Town Hall Trust back in 2013/14 to develop a vision and business plan for the Grade II listed Town Hall, based around culture, community, and enterprise.
They got back in contact with us in 2019 as part of the town’s application to the 16 million Future High Streets programme. Following a successful bid, we were asked to develop a five-year financial projection for the renovation programme of the hall.
Outcome
Production of comprehensive five-year business plan to support the operation of the Town Hall once refurbishment work is complete.
Due re-open to the public in May 2025, we continue to cheer on the Town Hall team and cannot wait to pay a visit in the future.
